Requirements

• Mandatory professional registrations with proofs: Registered Nurse with dispensing licence; Occupational Medical Practitioner with MBCHB or Diploma in occupational medicine (HPCSA, SASOM); valid SANC, HPCSA, SASOHN where applicable.
• Hazardous biological waste disposal permit.
• If subcontracting: signed agreement with subcontractors and relevant permits.
• CVs and proof of registration for specialized staff (e.g., SANC, HPCSA, SASOHN).
• Qualifications and experience for clinic management, occupational health nursing, and OH medical practitioner roles; documented references or signed contracts.
• Technicians qualified in audiometry and spirometry with appropriate competency certificates (SASOHN).
• Enrolled nursing assistants with relevant auxiliary nursing qualification and registrations (SANC, SASOHN).
• Documented procedures: handling/storage of biological waste; decontamination of facilities/equipment (including listed devices).
• Compliance with data protection, safety, and Good Industry Practice; note potential disqualification for non-submission or failing to meet minimum score (80%).
