Overview

Procurement of 2 Laptops Core i7 and 2 Laptops Core Ultra 9, with Annex 1 specs. Open Tender by GIZ for IT hardware supply; bidders must quote in USD and provide a three-part submission (administrative, technical, financial) with delivery to Kinshasa and ability to deliver per the annexed specs.

• Payment: 100% by bank transfer after compliant delivery; max 30 days after delivery and receipt of a compliant invoice.
• Submissions: three PDFs — administrative documents, technical offer, financial offer.
• Administrative documents: national ID, RCCM extract, up-to-date tax attestation or proofs for May–July 2026, CNSS payment attestation or proofs for May–July 2026; documents must be clear and complete; missing any item leads to rejection.
• Reference: use 10056266 in communications; submit to CD_ACHATS_Quotation@giz.de; only this address; three PDFs attached; file size limits apply (see annex in doc).
• Annex 1: present detailed tech specs for the two laptops (giz 261005 02 05.pdf / giz 261005 02 06.pdf).
• Penalties: 1% of the value per week for late delivery up to 10%; contract termination after 2 weeks of delay.
• Other: GIZ is tax-exempt; show price excluding tax in USD; if quoted in FC, use official exchange rate; offers in breach may be rejected.
