Overview

RFQ: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HIGH VOLTAGE TESTING EQUIPMENT for Kouga Local Municipality. This open tender seeks suppliers able to provide HV testing gear including High Voltage Phase Comparator TPC, Battery Powered Crimp Tool 16-400mm (with dies), 10kV Digital Insulation Tester, and Polyethylene Pole Mounted Enclosures (including SMB variants). Bidders should be SA-registered with tax/compliance status and, where applicable, CSD; joint ventures/consortia may apply with proper documentation; and preference points apply for B-BBEE and local/Specific Goals.

Requirements

• SA-registered entity with tax compliance status (TCS PIN or SARS e-Filing) and CSD where applicable; joint ventures/consortia may apply with documentation.
• Submit data sheets for each item and complete compulsory bidding documents; signatures must be in ink with no correction fluids.
• National Treasury Central Database and tax compliance verified at evaluation; non-compliant bids are non-responsive.
• Provide supporting documents (Tax clearance, CSD or VAT status, certified IDs, municipal billing clearance, JV/consortia agreements) as requested.
• Evaluation combines price and specific goals under B-BBEE and locality rules (80/20 RFQ, with 20 for specific goals).
