FRAME WORK FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STAFF UNIFORMS FOR KENYA AIRPORTS AUTHORITY

Overview

Supply and delivery of staff uniforms for Kenya Airports Authority under a framework contract. Open to textile/apparel manufacturers or authorized suppliers with Kenyan presence, capable of supplying uniforms and related services (fitting, maintenance, after-sales support) and complying with Kenyan public procurement rules.

Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (2015) and anti-corruption declarations
• Not debarred from public procurement; no conflicts of interest
• If the tenderer does not manufacture the goods, provide Manufacturer's Authorization
• Tax clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
• Evidence of eligibility of goods and conformity to technical specifications
• Joint Venture provisions: JV agreement or letter of intent and a designated representative
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as specified in the TDS
• Country of origin declarations for imported/locally sourced goods
• Documentation of eligibility of goods and related services (Section VII/Schedule of Requirements) and other TDS requirements
