Overview

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF AIR TICKETING AND AIR TRAVEL SERVICES FOR 2 YEAR PERIOD. The Kilifi County Government-Watamu Municipality seeks a framework to supply air-ticketing and travel management services for FY 2026/27–2028; open to all qualified tenderers with IATA accreditation and travel-services capability.

Requirements

• Valid registration/incorporation with the Registrar of Companies
• Valid Kenya Revenue Authority Tax Compliance Certificate
• Valid Single Business Permit/Trade license
• Valid IATA accreditation/license for airline ticketing services
• Original power of attorney authorizing the tender signatory
• Completed Form of Tender in the prescribed manner
• Original Affidavit (as required in Section III)

Additionally: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; tender prices must be in Kenya Shillings and valid for the 2-year period; no tender security is required, but a Tender-Securing Declaration is required.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 29 July 2026 at 10:30 (hand-delivered to Watamu Municipal central store; sealed ORIGINAL and COPIES). No electronic submissions.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender-Securing Declaration, Joint Venture documents if applicable, qualifications and eligibility evidence, conformity evidence, and any other documents listed in the Tendering Forms.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: provide the mandatory documents listed above (MR1–MR7), tax compliance, IATA certification, and power of attorney.
• Briefing/site visit: not held; no mandatory briefing.
