Overview

Framework Agreement for Provision of Shoveling Services for a 2-year period FY 2026/2027-2028. Requirements

• Must be registered/incorporated in Kenya (Certificate of Registration/Incorporation).
• Must hold a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA).
• Tender must include Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, and Tender-Securing Declaration (no cash security required).
• No alternative Tenders; payments in Kenya Shillings; prices net of taxes and valid for the contract period.
• Must comply with anti-corruption and independence declarations (e.g., declaration not to engage in fraud; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).

How to Apply

• Deadline: 29 July 2026 at 10:30 AM (tender submission). The opening is 31 July 2026 at 10:30 AM.
• Submission method: hard copies in plain sealed envelopes (Original and Copies) marked with the tender reference and deposited in the Tender Box at the Municipal Watamu store; separate envelopes for ORIGINAL and COPIES.
• Documents to submit (Section IV): Form of Tender; priced Activity Schedule; Tender-Securing Declaration; JV documents if applicable; eligibility and qualification evidence (MR1, MR2); conformity and other documents as required.
• Pre-qualification/eligibility: comply with ITT provisions; no pre-tender conference is held; questions must be submitted in writing by 29 July 2026 10:30 (address in TDS) to supplychain@kilifi.go.ke.
• Site visits/briefings: none required (no pre-tender conference or site visit arranged).
