Requirements

• Valid incorporation/registration certificate.
• Current Kenya Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption (from KRA).
• Valid Business Permit/Licence.
• Tender Form and Confidential Business Questionnaire fully completed and signed, with copies of Directors’ ID cards and business registration.
• For non-manufacturer supply, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if required by the TDS).
• If a Joint Venture, Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent to execute) and clearly defined representative (ITT 10.2).
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as specified in the TDS (frame document).
• Properly sign, stamp, and serialize all tender pages; comply with formatting and documentation rules (frame doc).
• Capacity Building Levy: 0.03% of the total quoted amount (PPRA Circular No. 01/2024) (ADVERT.pdf).
• Eligibility and conformity documentation for goods and related services, plus evidence of meeting specified qualification criteria (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT document).
