Overview

Framework Agreement for Supply and Delivery of Nutritional Supplements. Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital invites bids for a national open framework to supply nutritional supplements to the hospital. Suitable bidders are suppliers/distributors of nutritional supplements with appropriate Kenyan registrations, tax clearance, and the ability to meet the contract terms.

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers per ITT 3 (no public officers, not debarred; JV rules apply).
• Tax clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Manufacturer’s Authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods.
• Evidence of registration with relevant Kenyan authorities as defined in the TDS.
• Compliance with fraud/corruption provisions; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tender Security as specified in the TDS (cash, bank guarantee, or approved alternative).
• Conformity to technical specifications; origin declarations; list of spare parts and maintenance.
• If a JV, Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent to form one; power of attorney for signatories.

How to Apply

• Submit a sealed, serialised tender to MWAI KIBAKI REFERRAL HOSPITAL, Administration Block, Nyeri, by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Late tenders are rejected.
• Include: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Joint Venture documents if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization if required, tax clearance and other eligibility documents.
