Overview

A framework agreement for the supply and delivery of pharmaceutical items to Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital. How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents: for a non-refundable fee of 1000 KSh or free electronically at ppip.go.ke; physical documents from Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital, Nyeri. Tenderers downloading documents must submit their details.
• Prepare tender: complete Form of Tender and price schedules, secure tender, provide Manufacturer’s Authorization if required, and supply all required eligibility/qualification evidence.
• Submit: deliver in a single sealed package to MWAI KIBAKI REFERRAL HOSPITAL, Administration Block, Nyeri County, by 30 September 2026 at 10:00 (as per the tender document; metadata shows 08:00). Electronic submission is not allowed.
• Clarifications and opening: address for inquiries and for opening is the Hospital’s Supply Chain Management office; tenders are opened publicly after the deadline.
