Overview

Framework Agreement for Supply and Delivery of Radiology Items. Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital invites a National Open Tender for a framework agreement to supply radiology goods and related services. Eligible bidders include private firms, individuals, state-owned entities, or joint ventures (JV), capable of supplying radiology items and meeting Kenyan procurement requirements. Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: private entities, individuals, state-owned bodies, or JVs; JV liability; no public-officer participation; no conflicts of interest; must meet Section III criteria; not debarred; tax clearance.
• Documentation: Form of Tender; price schedules; tender security or securing declaration; JV agreement if applicable; Manufacturer's Authorization if required; evidence of eligibility and conformity to specifications; country of origin declarations; post-qualification data as needed.
• Compliance: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015; Competition Act 2010; environmental and origin rules; Kenyan tax obligations.

How to Apply

• Deadline and submission: complete tenders must be delivered to Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital by 30 September 2026 at 10:00 (late tenders rejected). • Submission method: hard-copy, sealed tender in designated envelopes (Original, Copies; add if applicable for alternatives) to the Supply Chain Management office.
