Overview

The procurement is a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of refined fuels, lubricants and LPG gas under a framework agreement (call-off). Open to all qualified bidders; suitable for suppliers in fuels, lubricants, oil & gas, and related services. Requirements

• Open eligibility; joint ventures allowed with full liability; representatives with authority to act on behalf of the JV.
• Tender Security of KSh 4,000,000 or an acceptable alternative (bank guarantee, insurer, etc.).
• Compliance with fraud, corruption and competition provisions; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility and conformity of goods; origin declarations; conformity to Section VII Schedule of Requirements.
• Manufacturer’s Authorization where required; local representation/maintenance capability if supplier not local.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Joint Venture Agreement (or LOI), tender security, tax clearance, and other documents per ITT 10-16.
• Goods origin rules: origin from eligible countries; some Kenyan-sourced items prioritized per ITT 4.4.
• Validity period of tender as specified in the data sheet (TDS).

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents free of charge from the County website and public portal; documents serialized; (Framework Agreement for Supply and Delivery of Refined Fuels, and Lubricants Under Framework Agreement).
• Prepare and submit in hard copy (and soft copy if required by the TDS) by the deadline. Deliver to the Tender Box or as otherwise directed (County Headquarters, Nakuru). Include ORIGINALs and COPIES as specified.
