Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications per ITT 3 and Section III (including JV rules, no conflicts of interest, anti-corruption declarations, and not debarred).
• Tax compliance: provide current tax clearance certificate or exemption from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Origin and conformity: goods must meet Section VII specs; origin declarations; Kenya sourcing rules apply for certain items.
• Vendor documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, Manufacturer Authorization if applicable, JV agreements if a joint venture.
• Compliance with competitive-procurement rules, including independent tender determination and no collusive practices.
