Overview

Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of sutures and theatre consumables to Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital. This is a National Open Tender inviting eligible bidders to provide surgical sutures and theatre consumables under a framework arrangement.

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers: no public officers or close relatives; no conflicts of interest; not debarred by PPRA; JV members liable; one tender per firm (with JV rules).

• Documentation and qualifications: Form of Tender; Joint Venture arrangements (if any); Manufacturer’s Authorization if needed; tax clearance; country-of-origin declarations; evidence of conformity to technical specifications; list of spare parts and after-sale support; independence certification (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).

• Financial/commercial: Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; fixed price offers (no price adjustment unless allowed); currency in Kenya Shillings; valuation in a single currency for comparison.

• Goods eligibility: origin of goods from eligible countries; compliance with Section VII specifications; environmental/health compliance.

How to Apply
