Requirements

• Compliance: no corruption or collusive practices; independent tender determination.
• Tender validity period and standstill: validity per the TDS; standstill period of 14 days after notification of intention to award.
• Currency and pricing: bids in Kenyan Shillings; fixed prices unless the TDS allows otherwise.

• Deadline: 29 July 2026 at 08:30; submissions may be in sealed envelopes or, if allowed by the TDS, electronically.
• Submission method and location: County Government of Kilifi, Municipality of Watamu, The Procurement Office, P.O. Box 234-80202 Watamu; deliver original plus copies as required; mark envelopes per ITT.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender and Section IV Tender Forms; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Declaration; JV Agreement if applicable; Manufacturer Authorization; tax clearance; eligibility and conformity evidence.
