Requirements

• Tender reserved to Youth, Women and Persons with Disability.
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015; include a Declaration of non-corruption and a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility: no disqualifying public-sector links; JV members liable; limit on number of JV members as per TDS.
• Tax clearance certificate (Kenyan requirements) and general eligibility per ITT.
• Goods eligibility and conformity: origin declarations; evidence of conformity to Schedule of Requirements; Kenya-origin sourcing rules for certain items; environment/health safeguards where applicable.
• Local content rules: certain items to be sourced from Kenya with no substitutions from foreign sources (categories include Kenya-assembled vehicles, Kenya-made goods, etc.).
• Tender security or tender securing declaration as specified; compliance with submission and signing rules.
• One Tender per firm (JV rules apply); avoid conflicts of interest; no prior consulting relationships that create unfair advantage.
