Overview

Framework agreement for supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of low earth orbit satellite solution. Digital Health Agency (Kenya) invites a national open tender for a framework agreement to supply, install, test and commission a LEO satellite solution. Open to all qualified bidders, with AGPO-registered Youth, Women and Persons with Disability groups encouraged; electronic submission accepted (per tender documents).

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers may form a joint venture; JV representative to act for all members.
• Tender must include a Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security.
• Submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security/Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), Manufacturer's Authorization (if required).
• Provide evidence of eligibility to tender and of goods eligibility; tax clearance (Kenya) required.
• Comply with anti-corruption and Competition Act provisions; sign Independent Tender Determination where applicable.
• Goods and related services must originate from eligible sources; certain Kenyan sourcing rules apply.
• Ensure pages are serialized; comply with all ITT/Section requirements; maintain standstill period requirements.

How to Apply

• Documents to complete/submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), Manufacturer Authorization, tax clearance, eligibility and conformity evidence (as per ITT).
