Overview

Framework contract for handling emergencies in the Middle Rift – North Rift region, reserved for Women (AGPO). The contract funds emergency response related to road infrastructure via the Fuel Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF). Eligible bidders are Kenyan-registered construction firms with NCA in categories 4–6 and active AGPO WOMEN registration.

Requirements

• Mandatory qualifications (together with bid):
• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 4–6)
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of CR 12 form (issued within last 6 months)
• Copy of AGPO registration (WOMEN category)
• Serialise all tender pages
• Own the following equipment: Motor Grader (1), Excavator/Backhoe/Wheel Loader (1), Tipper (1)
• Other: relevant previous road-work experience; qualified professional/technical personnel; current workload; strict eligibility and integrity requirements (no canvassing; exclusive citizen contractor preferences; limits on multiple tenders and director involvement)
