Overview

Framework contract for Local Area Network (LAN) maintenance and support services— including networking equipment, structured cabling, and wireless infrastructure— on an as-and-when-required basis. The procurement is by Kitui County Government (Youth, Women, PWD category) via open competition for a framework agreement; bidders must have ICT maintenance capabilities. Submission deadline is 17 July 2026 at 10:00; delivery of tenders is by hand to the County Treasury/ Governors Block tender box (no electronic submissions).

Requirements

• Legal and fiscal: registered company; business permit/licence; VAT/PIN; valid tax compliance certificate.
• Targeted eligibility: evidence of National Treasury registration for Youth, Women, and Persons Living with Disabilities (where applicable).
• Compliance and integrity: PPAD Act declaration not to engage in corruption; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no conflicts of interest; not debarred by PPRA.
• Tender formalities: serialized pagination of tender documents; JV rules if applicable (joint venture agreement or letter of intent; liability of all members).
• Technical and eligibility: meet the Schedule of Requirements and provide evidence of conformity; where required, Manufacturer’s Authorization; tax/commercial registrations as applicable.
• Other: origin/eligibility of goods and related services per Section III; pricing and tender security as specified in the tender data.

How to Apply

• Tender contents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, JV documents if applicable, manufacturer authorizations, tax and eligibility docs, and any other documents per the TDS (FC/016).
• Submission: hard copy, in sealed envelopes inside a single package, with separate envelopes for ORIGINAL and COPIES; mark as required; include power of attorney if applicable (FC/016).
