Overview

Framework contract to provide catering, hotel accommodation and conference services on an as-and-when-required basis across multiple towns (Mwingi, Kitui, Nairobi, Machakos, Nakuru, Naivasha and Mombasa). Open to qualified bidders in catering, hospitality, events management and related services; bidders must meet Kenyan procurement and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Provide copies of company registration, business permit/licence, VAT/PIN, and valid Tax Compliance Certificate. (Notice)
• Demonstrate eligibility by being registered with the National Treasury for Youth, Women and Persons Living with Disabilities. (Notice)
• Comply with serialisation/pagination of tender pages as required by PPAD Act, 2015. (Notice)
• Tenderers may be individuals, private firms, state-owned entities or joint ventures; JV members are jointly liable, with the maximum number of members specified in the TDS. (FC004)

• Tender documents must be submitted in hard copy to the Tender Box at the entrance of County Treasury—Governors Block, Kitui, by 17 July 2026, 10:00. Electronic submission is not permitted. (Notice)
• Include: Form of Tender; Price Schedules (Section IV); Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration (as per TDS); JV Agreement if applicable; documentary evidence of eligibility and conformity (Section II–III) including tax/compliance docs (FC004).
• Tender opening is public after the deadline; attendance by tenderers’ representatives is possible (FC004). Clarifications and pre-tender briefing, if scheduled, will follow the timelines in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) (FC004).
