Overview

The County Government of Kitui invites bids for a Framework Contract for Provision of Maintenance and Repair Services for CCTV, Surveillance and Access Control Systems. Eligible bidders are firms with maintenance/repair capabilities for CCTV, surveillance and access-control systems, including on-site support, spare-parts stocking, and related ICT/security services (as- and-when-required).

Requirements

• Evidence of company registration, business permit/licence, VAT/PIN, and Tax Compliance Certificate. (Advert)
• Proof of eligibility for Youth, Women and Persons Living with Disabilities registered with the National Treasury (where applicable). (Advert)
• Compliance with serialisation/pagination of pages as required by PPAD Act, 2015. (Advert)
• Tender Form and related compliance documents (e.g., Confidential Business Questionnaire, etc.). (Advert)
• Compliance with eligibility requirements, including absence of debarment and appropriate nationality/registration where applicable. (ITTs in FC/018)
• If applicable, Manufacturer's Authorization and Joint Venture arrangements must be provided (as per ITT 16.2 and 10.2). (FC/018)
