Overview

Framework Contract for Servicing and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles and Spare Parts Fittings. Open to qualified motor-vehicle repair service providers and spare-parts suppliers capable of servicing a county fleet, stocking spare parts, and delivering on-site and workshop maintenance under a framework agreement for Kitui County.

Requirements

• Copy of company registration, business permit/licence, VAT/PIN, and valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
• Proof of eligibility for Youth, Women and Persons Living with Disabilities registered with the National Treasury.
• Compliance with serialisation/pagination of tender pages as required by PPAD Act 2015.
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as specified in the tender data (TDS).
• If a Joint Venture, Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent) and joint liability for the Framework Agreement; representative authorized to act for the JV.
• Tax clearance confirmation (as a Kenyan tenderer) and conformity to eligibility of goods/services.
