Overview

Framework contract for Provision of Web Hosting, including Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, and Related Services, on an as-and-when-required basis. The County Government of Kitui invites bids from qualified ICT service providers to supply web hosting and related services. Open to Tenderers under the Youth, Women, PWD category; framework arrangement may cover multiple contracts with one or more lots (as per the Tender Data Sheet).

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 (declarations not to engage in corruption; debarment checks) and the Competition Act; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible tenderers: private entities, individuals, state-owned entities, or joint ventures; JV members jointly and severally liable; representative for the JV; size of JV defined in the Tender Data Sheet.
• No conflict of interest; prohibitions on collusive or fraudulent practices; restrictions on multiple Tenders by the same firm.
• Eligibility and qualifications: nationality and eligibility rules; PPRA debarment check; tax clearance from KRA; and meeting any Kenya registration requirements stated in the TDS.
• Eligible goods/services: origin considerations; certain Kenyan-sourced content rules; environmental/health restrictions where applicable.
• Tender documents include Form of Tender, Price Schedule, Tender Security, and related statutory forms (Self-declarations, Manufacturer’s Authorization, Beneficial Ownership, etc.).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 17 July 2026, 10:00. Late tenders rejected; hard-copy submissions only.
• Submission method: hand-delivered to Tender Box at the entrance of County Treasury – Governors Block; electronic submissions not permitted.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedule, Tender Security, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Self-declaration forms, Manufacturer’s Authorization, Beneficial Ownership Disclosure, tax clearance, JV information forms, etc. (as per Part 4/Section IV).
