Overview

Framework contract for the supply and delivery of food stuff in Kiambu County for a period of one year renewable for two years. The Kiambu County Government invites open national tenders for the supply of foodstuffs (and related services) to the Department of Education, Gender, Culture and Social Services (Tenders from Kiambu go.ke portals and Kiambu HQ). JV participation is allowed with up to two members. Relevant bidders should have capacity to supply foodstuffs to County facilities (project site as directed) and meet Kenyan public-procurement rules. (TENDER DOCUMENT)

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers include private entities, individuals, state-owned entities, or JVs; JV max 2 members; each JV member is jointly and severally liable. (TDS)
• Public officers and close relatives are ineligible; no conflicts of interest; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination. (TDS)
• Tenderers must not be debarred; comply with anti-corruption provisions; tax clearance certificate required. (TDS)
• If required, provide Manufacturer’s Authorization; representation by agent in Kenya if not locally represented; origin declarations for goods. (TDS)
