Overview

Framework contract for the supply and delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables. Kenyatta National Hospital invites bids from suppliers or distributors capable of providing laboratory reagents, consumables and related services, with the ability to supply across Kenya and to meet Kenyan procurement, regulatory and tax requirements; Manufacturer Authorization is needed where applicable. The framework is open to individuals, firms or joint ventures, with adherence to anti-corruption rules and Conflict-of-Interest provisions.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications per ITT: no debarment, no public officer conflicts, JV arrangements where applicable, and authority to sign.
• Technical and conforming goods: compliance with Section VII Schedule of Requirements; evidence of origin, standards, and availability of spare parts/tools.
• Financial/commercial: prices fixed in allowed currency (Kenya Shillings); tender security or declaration if required; validity period; ability to supply multiple lots; confirmation of tax clearance and Kenyan source rules where applicable.
• Origin and local-content: eligibility of goods from eligible countries; Kenya-origin rules apply for certain items; declarations of country-of-origin in price schedules.
• Documentation and registration: Manufacturer Authorization (if required), Joint Venture agreements (if a JV bids), and standard tender forms.

How to Apply
