Overview

Framework contract to supply and deliver reagents and consumables for Farewell Home at Kenyatta National Hospital. Open to all qualified tenderers; suitable for suppliers of reagents, consumables, lab products and related services who can meet KNH’s procurement rules and supply requirements.

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers, including joint ventures (joint and several liability), with appropriate representations and absence of conflicts of interest.
• Compliance with Kenya Public Procurement rules (declarations on corruption, independence, no debarment) and tax clearance.
• Documents establishing eligibility and conformity of goods, including manufacturer authorization if applicable, and conformity to technical specifications.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
• English tendering language; complete Form of Tender and price schedules; joint venture agreements if applicable.
• Conformity of goods to Schedule of Requirements; ability to supply spare parts and maintenance if required.
• Registration/licensing requirements where applicable (per TDS).

How to Apply

• Deadline: 30 June 2026 at 08:00; late tenders will be rejected. (see attached framework document)
• Submission method: physical delivery to KNH; electronic submissions not permitted.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or securing declaration, Joint Venture Agreement or LOI, Manufacturer Authorization (if needed), eligibility and conformity documents, tax clearance.
• Previews/addenda: inquiries in writing; clarifications handled per ITT; amendments via addenda.
