Overview

Framework contracting for the supply and delivery of perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs for the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 financial years. The Kenya Wildlife Service issues a three-year framework for supplying foodstuffs, reserved for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities. Bidders should have a national supply/distribution capability for both perishable and non-perishable items and be able to meet government procurement standards.

Requirements

• Reserved for Women, Youth & PWD; eligibility and qualification requirements apply
• Not debarred from public procurement; comply with anti-corruption and competition rules
• Ability to supply goods sourced from Kenya where required; origin, conformity, and supporting documentation
• Tax clearance or equivalent proof of tax compliance (Kenyan context)
• If applicable, joint venture arrangements must be valid; one tender per firm unless multiple lots permitted
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration may be required; Form of Tender and signing rules must be followed
• Documents and evidence as per Section III (Evaluation & Qualification Criteria) and Section IV (Tendering Forms) in the tender documents

• Tender documents to be submitted in a bound, page-chronological format; all pages serialised
