Framework for the supply and delivery of fuel and lubricants for three years. Open to qualified fuel and lubricant suppliers and distributors capable of meeting public-sector delivery, storage, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications as per Section III of the tender documents.
• Tender security: Kenya Shillings 100,000 (forms: cash, bank guarantee, or equivalent).
• Currency: Kenya Shillings.
• Foreign bidders must demonstrate at least 40% input sourcing from Kenyan suppliers.
• Tax compliance certificate (Kenyan taxpayers).
• Joint ventures: maximum members as specified in the TDS; joint and several liability; proper JV agreement or intent.
• Declarations on corruption, fair competition, and independence (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• Pre-tender meeting and site visit details as per the TDS; minutes to be published; amendments via addenda.
