Procurement of Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Garage – Sosiyo Road (E7155). Restricted tendering open to Contractors registered in Uasin-Gishu region under KeRRA/W/3 (Grading and Gravelling Works, Equipment Based). Requirements

• Registration: Contractors must be registered in Uasin-Gishu region under KeRRA/W/3; JV allowed with joint and several liability.
• Tender security: Kenya Shillings 190,000.
• Eligibility and integrity: comply with anti-fraud/corruption provisions; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no debarment.
• Nationality and local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; NCA registration prior to award; tax clearance valid.
• Compliance: no conflicts of interest; comply with all ITT/sections including site visit, pre-tender as applicable.
• Other: one tender per tenderer (or JV); return tender security if applicable; JV rules apply if a JV submits.
