Overview

Supply and delivery of photocopy papers (300 boxes of 80g/m2, A4, 210 x 297 mm, 5 x 500 sheets per box) to Ga-Segonyana Local Municipality stores. Open to suppliers with capacity to deliver on an order basis and to meet local locality and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• 300 boxes of photocopy paper, 80g/m2, A4, 210 x 297 mm, 5 x 500 sheets per box.
• Ability to deliver on an ORDER BASIS (not COD); offloading by supplier; warranties/guarantees to be stipulated.
• Compliance: Tax Clearances (TCS/PIN) and SARS e-Filing; CSD registration if no TCS; proof of locality for preference points.
• B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit; SANAS or authorized body; locality points as per policy.
• Documentation: submit all MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3, MBD4, MBD6, MBD7 contract, MBD8, MBD9) and the Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1); official bid documents completed in full.
• Local supplier database registration with Ga-Segonyana and proof of locality (municipal account, lease, or equivalent).
• Submission must be on official forms; prices must be firm and VAT inclusive; quotes valid for 60 days.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 23 October 2026 at 12H00; late bids will not be accepted (GAS: Q08/2026-27).
• Method: deposit in the Ga-Segonyana bid box (Main Building, Cnr Voortrekker & School Street, Kuruman 8460) in a sealed envelope; bid numbers clearly marked. No email submissions.
• Documents to obtain: bid document package from the municipal website www.ga-segonyana.gov.za (GAS: Q08/2026-27). Completed forms include MBD1, MBD3, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6, MBD7, MBD8, MBD9 and supporting company docs (references in contract).
