Overview

Appointment of a service provider for event management services for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) against women in Lephalale (Mogol Club). Open tender for organizations with event-management capabilities to deliver a 500-person event, including venue, catering, décor, transport, sound, and related services.

Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance: bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and provide tax status (PIN or TCS); if a joint venture, each party must submit separate proof.
• Complete and submit official bid documents (MBD 1, MBD 3.1 pricing, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) and annexures; provide proof of municipal rates/taxes and municipal address; brand names in Annexure G.
• Locality and SMME goals: 80/20 price-preference; 20 points for specific goals (10 for promotion of SMMEs and 10 for locality); locality points: Lephalale 10, Waterberg 5, Limpopo 2.
