Overview

This RFQprocures Generator and LV Systems maintenance for a 6-month period at Chief Dawid Stuurman Airport. Bidders should have CIDB contractor grading of 3 EB or higher and relevant experience in generator and low-voltage system maintenance, under NEC3 Term Service Contract terms.

Requirements

• CIDB: 3 EB or higher (as stated in T1.1).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN, with a TCS or CSD where applicable; separate TCS for consortia/joint ventures (2.1–2.6).
• Submit on official forms; returnable documents; bid validity 12 weeks (C2.16).
• Site briefing/inspection: Non-compulsory briefing 15 Sep 2026 10:00; compulsory site inspection immediately after; bring ID, safety boots, reflector vest; permit fee may apply (T1).
