Overview

Giyani Water Reticulation Phase 2A – 22 construction contracts (including Xivulana Water Reticulation) are being procured by Mopani District Municipality. Open to contractors with CIDB grading varying per contract (from 6CE to 8CE) and relevant water infrastructure experience.

Requirements

• Proof of CIDB grading for the specific contract tendered (grading per contract).
• Workmen’s Compensation Certificate.
• VAT registration proof.
• CIPIC (CIPC) entity registration.
• Valid Tax Clearance PIN.
• Authority to signatory.
• Certified IDs for entity owners.
• Signed Form of Offer.
• Statement of municipal rates and taxes not in arrears (not older than 3 months); supporting letters from municipality/traditional authority; lease/affidavit if property not owned or leased.
• Alterations signed; pages initialed; document in original format.
• Updated CSD Report.
• Audited or reviewed annual financial statements for last 3 years.
• Accountant’s certificate confirming solvency and no material irregularities.
• All certified copies within 3 months; originals only.
• Completion of all MBD forms.
