Requirements

• Be a Professional Land Surveyor registered with SAGC; authorized for cadastral surveys in the Western Cape; maintain professional indemnity insurance.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct cadastral field surveys, prepare servitude diagrams, obtain Surveyor-General approvals, and assist registration at the Deeds Office.
• Deliver a Servitude Diagram, coordinate schedules, Draft and Approved Surveyor-General diagrams, and CAD/GIS files.
• Complete and submit required SCM and regulatory forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; provide B-BBEE certificate; provide local office proof for locality points.
• Provide Tax Compliance information (TCS PIN or SARS-CSD number) and register on CSD if successful.
• Include pricing, past experience, and any joint venture details if applicable.
