Overview

Appointment of a Service Provider to manage George Municipality’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, including Azure and related Microsoft projects, from appointment until 30 June 2029. Bidders should be active Microsoft partners with the required designations (including Security), able to support purchases/licensing under the existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, and provide CVs and MS certifications for named staff, along with references, B-BBEE compliance and PPPFA adherence.

Requirements

• Active Microsoft Solutions Partner designation relevant to proposed services, with verifiable evidence from Microsoft Partner Centre.
• Active Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security designation, with verifiable evidence.
• Authorized and operationally capable of assisting the Municipality with additional purchases, true-ups and licence adjustments under the existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (direct or via a Cloud Solution Provider).
• Curricula vitae and current Microsoft certification evidence for all named personnel delivering the contract; minimum: Azure specialist, security specialist, Microsoft 365/Modern Work specialist, and a licensing/Enterprise Agreement specialist; personnel must be permanently employed with verifiable evidence.
• At least three reference contracts of comparable scope in the last five years, including at least one public-sector reference, with contactable details.
• Phase 3: 80 points for price and 20 points for B-BBEE and Specific Goals; compliance with PPPFA 2022; other policy alignment.
• TCS PIN for tax compliance and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) for the successful bidder.
• B-BBEE certificate: original or valid certified copy; JV/Consortium rules apply where relevant.
• General tender conditions apply (no service of state, GCC, possible alternative bidder).
