Requirements

• Submit a valid original B-BBEE certificate or certified copy; 80 points for price, 20 for B-BBEE/Specific Goals.
• Provide a TCS PIN (tax compliance) with the tender; register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete and price all line items in the Pricing Schedule for Years 1–3; failure to do so disqualifies the bid.
• If not the direct supplier, attach written supplier agreements confirming delivery on time; submit samples of all products with the tender.
• For joint ventures/consortia, provide the JV/Consortium resolutions and, if applicable, a Joint Venture Agreement; joint liability.
• Officer sizes measured at client premises; delivery within one month of order; penalties for late delivery or non-conforming items.
• Tender documents: deposit R309.35 or free on George’s website; documents are evaluated under PPPFA 2022, GCC, and related policies.
