• Compliance: Tax PIN/TCS, B-BBEE certificate, CIDB (if applicable), CSD registration post-award; submission of required MBD forms and pricing schedules.
• Contract terms: max 12 months, work completed within 3 months of issue; SLA; pricing aligned to scope; ensure no overspend.
