Overview

Statistics South Africa is seeking firm-priced quotes for 175 golf shirts to be delivered to Isibalo House, Koch Street, Salvokop, Pretoria. Bidders should be apparel suppliers with experience in corporate wear and be able to supply in South Africa, using the Standard Bidding Document SBD 3.1 for firm prices. Submissions are to be sent to the specified email address.

Requirements

• Firm prices only; no prices subject to exchange variation. VAT, if applicable, must be included in the grand total and charged only by SARS-registered vendors.
• Pricing must be exclusive of VAT; grand total inclusive of VAT.
• Price for 175 golf shirts; delivery costs must be included in the bid.
• Delivery period to be stated; delivery basis and whether firm or not to be indicated.
• Compliance with attached specification: “Golf Shirts (see attached specification).” Indicate any deviations if not in spec.
• Bid validity: 30 days from closing date.
• Complete the Pricing Schedule (Annexure B) and the Standard Bidding Document SBD 3.1.
