Overview

Eskom invites bids for the Gourikwa Power Station Fire Protection System maintenance under a NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3). The service covers inspection, servicing, testing and supply of spares for five years (as per NEC data in Attachments). Requirements

• Eligibility: must meet Eskom Tender Data criteria; not on sanctions lists; not submit more than one tender; JV/consortium must have joint and several liability.
• Compliance: no conflict of interest; must provide proof of CIDB, CSD registration; mandatory SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 6.2 where applicable) and other annexures; integrity and safety documentation; local content declarations if applicable.
• Technical/safety: adherence to Eskom Safety and OHS requirements; provide Safety Management Plan and related attachments; comply with Eskom’s standard tender conditions (Attachment 11) and contract data (NEC3 TSC3).
• Commercial/administrative: Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF and Excel; all tender documents must be PDF (max 500 MB per file) with no hard copy submission; pricing must be inclusive of VAT and evaluated with specified rules (80/20, PPPFA points).

• Clarification/site visit: compulsory meeting 17 August 2026 at Gourikwa Gas Turbine Power Station; confirm attendance by 14 August 12:00 (with attendee details) (ITT Rev 28).
• Submission method: electronic via Eskom E-tendering; upload to folder Technical, Commercial, Financial, etc.; ensure status shows complete; no zip files; latest resubmission overwrites earlier ones.
