GOVERNMENT MOTOR TRANSPORT (GMT): ACCOUNTING SERVICES: 3 YEAR TERM SERVICE AGREEMENT

Overview

GMT: Accounting Services: 3-year term service agreement for the Western Cape Government Mobility Department. Open-tender inviting accounting-services bidders with public-sector experience; bidders must meet registration, tax and B-BBEE requirements and be able to provide the full contract deliverables over a 3-year period.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (WCSEB); provide mandatory information and B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points) (see WCBD4 and WCBD6.1).
• Tax compliance: provide proof of SARS Tax Compliance Status; ensure tax obligations are current.
• Complete and submit all listed returnable schedules (A1 WCBD1, A2, A3, A4; B1, B2; C1, C2; D1) and price schedules; mark not applicable where appropriate.
• No conflicts of interest; declare interests and complete the Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire (WCBD4) and Declaration of Interests.
• B-BBEE: provide valid status certificate or sworn affidavit; adhere to 80/20 preference system (price 80, B-BBEE 20) for bids up to R50m.
• Compliance with PFMA, PP Regulations, GCC/SCC; potential on-site risk assessment and pre- or post-award verification may occur.
