Overview

Grass cutting for the maintenance of a vacant site at the Department of Public Works, No 31 Rubby Gailey Road, Ladysmith. Suitable bidders are service providers with grass-cutting/grounds maintenance capabilities, able to comply with South African public procurement requirements (CSD registration, SARS tax compliance) and to complete the required bid documentation.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) prior to bid evaluation.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or, if not available, a CSD number; each party in a consortium/JV must provide its own TCS/CSD.
• Compliance with bid regulations and prescripts (PFMA SCM framework); bids from state employees or close associates are disqualified.
• Preference points: ownership by women available (20 points); total points for price and specific goals must not exceed 100.
