Overview

Artscape seeks a training service provider to facilitate and manage on-site Health and Safety training for Artscape employees (Health and Safety Training Refresher) at Artscape’s premises, for 10 participants. The service is to be delivered at D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town, with a Sept/Oct 2026 delivery window (date to be confirmed).

Requirements

• Provider must be registered with a SETA (QCTO/SETA) or the Department of Employment & Labour.
• Training must be outcomes-based, NQF-aligned, and credit-bearing.
• Up-to-date BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit).
• Flexible in terms of days and learner availability; option to accommodate learners in other public groups or weekends.
• Submit course details: Course Overview, Target Audience, Course Outline, and Benefits.
• Provide a training feedback report with attendance registers; provide learning material.
• On successful completion, award credit-bearing certificates (and/or Trade Test certificates).
• Date Goods/Service required: Sept/Oct 2026 (Date TBC).
• Deliver to Artscape premises (DF Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town).
• Documentation: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (If applicable), SBD8 & SBD9; BBBEE/SARS documentation.
• Supplier must accept GCC terms and be mindful of the 80/20 preference scoring (price vs. specific goals). (RFQ066/2026)

• Registrations/pre-qualifications: SETA/QCTO or DoL registration; willingness to operate on-site at Artscape; BBBEE compliance.
