Overview

Herbicide application services for edges of Runways 11-29 and 06-24, taxiways, main and B aprons, staff parking, access roads, ramp handling building and hangars at King Phalo Airport for a 3-year NEC3 Term Service Contract. Bidders should have CIDB grading 1SH or higher and relevant experience in herbicide application, plus ability to meet tax, safety, and contract requirements for a long-term service.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 1SH or higher.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or applicable CSD number; may submit TCS certificate if available.
• Complete and sign required bid documents (including Form of Offer and Acceptance and NEC3-based contract data) and return all listed documents.
• Consider insurance and risk requirements as detailed in contract data (Part C1/C4; Appendix 2/3).
• Attend non-compulsory briefing/site inspection (12 Aug 2026; after briefing). Bring ID, safety boots, reflector vest.
