Overview

Hire of a construction telehandler forklift with operator for Riversonderend GWS/Theewaterskloof Dam (DWS, Western Cape). Only respondents with CIDB grading 1CE or higher are eligible to bid.

Requirements

• CIDB grading of 1CE or higher
• Compulsory briefing session attendance and briefing certificate
• Complete and sign official forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (and SBD3.1 where applicable)
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; CSD registration; SARS tax clearance where applicable
• Active registration with CIPC; B-BBEE Status Verification
• Competency certificate not older than 3 months
• Authority to sign: letter of appointment or board resolution (proof of authority)
