• Parking: 35 bays on site (5 lockup, 15 undercover, 14 open; 1 disability); bays within 50m of entrance.
• Building services: comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (energy saving, 100% back-up power, security structure, grey-water plan); Occupation Certificate; fire compliance letter; zoning certificate; maintenance plan; location within 2km of Hluhluwe taxi rank; Google map proof.
• Additional: disability compliance; Annexures and references (e.g., Annexure A) for maintenance history.
• Specific goals: 20 points for Ownership by Black People; BBEE considerations apply.
