Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration and completed Declarations (MBD1-9).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or Tax Clearance Certificate; original must be submitted with the bid (consortia require separate certificates).
• Proof the bidder is a taxi owner and belongs to a taxi association.
• Signed letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
• Pricing schedule (MBD3.1) and contract form requirements; comply with SCM/Abuse policies; complete all required MBD forms.
• For foreign bidders: answer Part B:3 questionnaire and provide TCS if applicable.
• Compliance with tax and procurement requirements as detailed in MBD2, MBD6, MBD7, MBD8, and MBD9.
