Overview

Hiring of a honey sucker (once-off) to extract and transport raw sewerage/wastewater for Kannaland Municipality. Target bidders are suppliers with vacuum tanker experience in wastewater handling, capable of meeting vehicle specs, maintenance, regulatory compliance (Tax/CSD/CIDB if applicable), and providing required documentation (B-BBEE, signatories, etc.). Delivery is to Ladismith stores; contract is one-off with price-based award.

Requirements

• SARS Tax Compliance Pin (TCS) and original Tax Clearance status; separate TCS/PIN for consortia/joint ventures.
• Signed Joint Venture Agreement if applicable; signed authorization/resolution for signatory.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of active listing; CSD number if not on CSD.
• B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of Locality within Kannaland/Garden Route/Western Cape as applicable.
• Municipal rate accounts for bidder and directors; no >3 months arrears.
• CIDB registration number (if applicable).
• Data sheets for each product; proof of distribution appointment if not manufacturer.
• Completed MBD forms: 1, 3.1, 4, 5, 6.1, 6.2, 8, 9; MBD7.1 contract form.
• Vehicle specifications and compliance: 6,000–8,000 L tank; high-capacity vacuum pump; 30 m hoses; roadworthy and licensed vehicle; operator with Code 10/14 and PrDP; PPE; compliance with DWS/NEMA/OHS.
