Hiring of a skip loader and operator for placement, replacement and emptying of 5 m³ skip bins within Stellenbosch Municipality. Suitable for waste-management or municipal services providers with a qualified driver/operator (PrDP and valid license), a compliant skip-loader vehicle, and B-BBEE/local procurement capabilities.

Requirements

• Qualified driver/operator with valid driving license and PrDP
• Suitable skip-loader vehicle with valid registration/licence
• Tax compliance status (TCS PIN or SARS print) or CSD number; foreign bidders must complete Part B3
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) if not using a TCS
• B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of locality within Stellenbosch (WC024) for locality points
• Completion of required bid declarations (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and pricing (MBD3.1) as applicable
