Overview

The tender seeks the hiring of a waste collection fleet, grave digging, and cleaning of illegal dumping for 36 months on an as-needed basis. It targets service providers with capacity to deploy specified trucks (TLB, compactor, skip, grab), perform graves digging, waste collection, and deliver reports and disposal at the landfill, under Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality’s 80/20 PPPFA framework. Requirements

• Demonstrate tax compliance and registration (TCS/PIN via SARS; CSD number if no TCS) and complete all required pre-qualification questionnaires. (see BID DOCUMENT...)
• Complete and sign MBD forms 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, plus Annexures A–H; provide IDs for directors, COIDA letter, municipal rates proof, and signatories’ resolutions. (see BID DOCUMENT...)
