Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN, TCS options, and related SARS/CSD requirements; separate TCS for consortia/JVs; CSD if no TCS.
• Registrations: CSD (MAAA), CIPC registration; VAT status as applicable.
• Documentation/representations: Official bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and authorisation (PBD3 or PBD3.1 for multi-entity).
• B-BBEE and specific-goals: SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE; points under 90/10 system.
• Multi-entity bids: if applicable, PBD9.2 disclosure; ID copies for directors; proof of financial solvency (PBD11).
• SRCC/GCC compliance: bidder must declare compliance with SRCC and GCC (contract conditions).

How to Apply
