Overview

Supply and delivery of oncology and immunological agents to the Department of Health for the period ending 31 December 2028. This is a national open tender aimed at pharmaceutical suppliers/distributors with oncology/immunology capabilities and ability to meet SA health procurement requirements (GCC, SRCC, SBD/PBD forms).

Requirements

• Tax and regulatory compliance: provide SARS PIN (Tax Compliance Status); use TCS PIN or CSD NUMBER (separate for consortia); CSD and CIPC registrations as applicable; no participation by ineligible state employees.
• Company/director disclosures: complete PBD3 (single bidder) or PBD3.1/PBD9.1/PBD9.2 for multi-entity bids; provide director IDs and related entities details.
• Bid documents: submit on official forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6, etc.) and include all mandatory annexures (covering letter, bid index, PBD3, CSD, SARS TCP, CIPC regs, BBBEE, etc.) as per Annexure A.
• BBBEE: claim points under 90/10; provide SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavits for EMEs/QSEs.
• Bid validity: 180 days (from closing date).
• Additional controls: ensure compliance statements, declarations of non-collusion, and other SRCC/GCC requirements.

• Submission method: bids must be deposited in the Pharmaceutical Tender Box at the National Department of Health, DR AB Xuma Building, 1112 Voortrekker Road, Pretoria (address shown on SBD1). Mark outer package with bid number, closing date, bidder details; include Set 1 (hard copy), Set 2 on USB (scanned bid in sequence), and Set 3 Excel spreadsheets on USB.
